One thing you will notice is that we don’t display pricing on our website. Our ethos at Jackdaw Four is to provide tailored finance business partner services - and the tailored part is key! We have a competitive and fair pricing matrix, meaning that you only pay for exactly the services you need.
As part of each quote, we look at the services that you need, the volume and complexity of transactions going through your business and how we’ll work together. For example, if we do all of the bookkeeping, that will cost more than if you are doing most of that, and we are just checking for accuracy at month or quarter end.

We work primarily with FreeAgent and Xero, ensuring your records are accurate, up-to-date and ready to support informed decision-making.

Software
We are proud to be certified partners with two accounting software packages - FreeAgent and Xero.
FreeAgent
A great tool for businesses up to circa 5 employees, mainly providing services. It’s simple to use, with all the bookkeeping features you’d expect, but it can also complete and file your annual account and corporation tax, if you are classed as a Micro-Entity, as well as your personal self-assessment return. This allows us to keep our costs down for you, versus completing these through other software.

Xero
Xero is ideal for slightly larger SMEs, who have more complex accounting needs and require more features, better reporting or want more integrations with other software.
If you are unsure, we can help you make the right choice. If you already use either software, transferring on to our FreeAgent’s Partner Dashboard or XeroHQ is very straightforward.
